(CSE: TAAT) (OTCQX: TOBAF) (FRANKFURT: 2TP) (the “Company” or “TAAT®”) is pleased to announce that its financial statements for its Fiscal Q1 2023 (three-month period ended January 31, 2023) will be filed on Monday, April 3, 2023 and will be available on SEDAR (www.sedar.com).

 Additionally, the Company announces that the definitive agreement dated December 14, 2022, as amended March 1, 2023 (the “Agreement”), to acquire the Break Free™ mobile application and associated working capital (the “Proposed Transaction”) from Boksburg Ventures Inc. (“Boksburg”), has been terminated. The Proposed Transaction was previously announced by the Company on March 3, 2023.
