From 2005 to February 2017 Mr. Cumming served as Executive Vice-President and CFO of Merrex Gold Inc., a company that was active in the West African gold space for over 12 years.

John Martin is Managing Director of CMI Credit Markets Investments Sarl, a Swiss investment management company. Previously he was Head of Capital Markets at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi AG (Switzerland) and was a member of their Investment Policy Committee. He has held numerous board positions of public and private companies, in both North America and Europe.

Peter Nguyen is a CPA and holds a degree from the UBC. He is an officer of several reporting companies listed on the TSX-V and CSE with national and international operations. He has held senior financial positions for both public and private companies where he provided assurance, corporate finance, tax and business advisory services.
